Union Awards X Summer Ball 2023

Welcome to the biggest celebration of the year!

Hosted at our Glasshouse venue in Farnham, the Union Awards and Summer Ball is our only all-campus event and is a chance to celebrate student and staff achievements and then party afterwards.

The night will be split into two parts.

5pm-8:30pm - Union Awards hosted in a beautiful marquee, you can expect performances from various clubs and societies, awards ceremony, a sweet snack and gaming area. Doors open at 5pm, ceremony will start at 6pm.

9pm-2am - Summer Ball - Please see full list below.

Ticket Options Available - Please read carefully

Earlybird tickets will go on sale Monday 17th April

From Monday 17th - Sunday 23rd April you will be able to buy your discounted Summer Ball and combined Awards X Summer Ball tickets! Awards only tickets will also be on sale from this date.

Canterbury, Epsom and Rochester-based students will only be able to purchase the combined ticket as this includes your coach travel. If you can make your own way there and back, go with the individual ticket if you only want to attend Awards OR Summer Ball.

Farnham-based students can purchase any iteration of ticket (Awards only, Summer Ball only OR combined).

Entrance to the biggest Summer Ball that UCA has ever seen from 9pm-2am with 6 areas of activity!

Coach travel from Canterbury, Epsom and Rochester campuses

Silent Disco - featuring 3 Channels playing a wide variety of genres including - Rock, Emo, Pop, Hip Hop, K-Pop, Bollywood, Afrobeats, J-Pop, Latin, and much more! We welcome back DJs Gemma Edwards and Clyd.8

Food - Every Summer Ball ticket includes a free meal from Three Little Pigs. They will be offering vegan options and will cater to dietary requirements. They are nut-free and offer gluten-free options. Meat options are Halal.

Please refer to our Glasshouse Guest Policy if you wish to bring a non-UCA attendee. This policy will remain in place for Union Awards and Summer Ball.

From Thursday 27th April, any remaining tickets will be sold at the standard rate.
