Kickstart the day with a heart-pumping, high-energy workout led by expert trainers. All fitness levels are welcome!
🥑 Nourishing Brunch/Lunch:
Refuel with a delicious, healthy brunch/lunch designed to nourish your body and mind.
💖 Self-Love Seminar & Workshop:
Engage in a guided wellness seminar focused on self-love and personal empowerment. Activities include:
• Writing and sharing 10 things you love about yourself in a creative, empowering way.
• A private self-reflection exercise where you’ll release insecurities and focus on personal growth.
