VincyCookout is a day for Vincentians in the UK diasporaand and the surrounding community, Friends and Well-wishers of SVG to gather together to showcase and celebrate our achievements, contributions and legacy in the UK.

You will be treated to a mouth-watering menu of **vincy dishes** such as roast breadfruit, saltfish, rice and peas, callaloo soup, coconut drops and more. You wil also get ot sample other Cabbean delicacies such as jerk chicken, curry goat, roti, rice and peas, and plantain.

You will also enjoy the best of **vincy music** from our talented DJs and specialguessartistswhowillkeepyoudancingandsingingalongtosoca, calypso, reggae, dancehall, and more.

You will also have a chance to win some awesome prizes by participating in our **vincy games** sack race, egg and spoon race, tug of war, and more. You will also get to meet some of our **vincy celebrities** who wil be
