IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Ticket Curfew
All ticket holders must be in the venue by 10:30PM, Tickets will still be valid for entry after this time, however the queue jump element is removed and is subject to capacity restrictions. 

Refund Policy
Unfortunately due to the fast moving nature of our ticket sales, no refunds will be permitted, unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. No refund will be given to any customer refused entry to the venue due to intoxication or dress code.

Covid Pass 

All guests will be required to present proof of either:

- Negative Lateral Flow / PCR Test taken within 48 hours of an event
- Double Vaccination status

This proof must be presented upon entry via an NHS Covid Pass on the NHS App or an NHS Covid Pass letter/ Text Message. Failure to present this proof will result in refusal of entry, no refunds will be offered in this case. Always check the expiry date before using your covid pass.
