On arrival tell the host at the reception desk that the reservation is booked under MEETUP  you will be directed downstairs to the reserved VIP AREA IN THE LOUNGE ROOM which is on the left side as you walk down the stairs! When you walk to the bottom of the stairs look for MEETUP SIGNS, there is a bar in the middle of the room the RESERVED AREA IS TO THE LEFT AT THE ENTRANCE THAT STAFF USE TO GET ACCESS TO THE BAR... this area has been reserved exclusively for us all night (HELEN THE HOST CONTACT NUMBER : 07770904049)

When you get to the reserved area HELEN will check your name off the list and give you wristband for extended happy hour till 9pm and you will given your token for welcome drink and will be introduced you to each other...
