Fit & Flow: The Ultimate Dance Fitness Event

Fit & Flow is Finally Here!!!

An afternoon of dance and fitness and a fun-filled on-the-beat experience!

We will have 3 dance classes divided into levels:
- fit body beat, to start shaking the vibe up
- latin groove, to spice up our skill sets with some dancefloor moves
- low impact flow, to cool down after those energy spikes

Although it would make me extremely happy... you DO NOT need to stay around all day if you can't! You can also come in for 1 or 2 classes only, popping in to say HI and introduce yourself!
