Join us for our next Move & Meet 🧘🏼‍♀️☁️

This event is all about moving your body and connecting with likeminded women, the perfect space for self care & building friendships🪐💗

Please read the below information before booking your ticket!

Enjoy 1 hour of gentle hatha yoga, breath work & guided meditation with refreshments and time to connect with other women ☁️💗

Please arrive by 11.55, if you are late you will be refused entry. You can start arriving from 11.40. 
11.45: Social activity/ice breaker to get you mingling until 12.00 

12.00: Yoga will start and will take 1 hour.
13.00: You will have the opportunity to mingle, take cute pics and enjoy some refreshments.
13.45: Goodbyes, but we will see you at the next one!

Toilets will be available to use inside the main building of the arden club, please try to do this before coming into the wellness hub to avoid disruption to the yoga class. The wellness hub can be located at the back of the tennis courts. Free parking is available on site.

Women 18+ only
Equipment: Yoga mats and other equipment will be provided, just bring yourself and a water bottle!
Clothing: Make sure you wear something comfortable that you can move in easily.

Refunds: All sales are final and no refunds will be made unless the organiser cancels the event. 
Photography: By coming to a planet her event you consent to being photographed, which we may use for promotional purposes. If you would like to be exempt from photos please tell the event organiser, Tyler, on the day. 
Allergies: If you have any allergies please tell the organiser via email planether.events@gmail.com within 48 hours of booking your ticket. There will be food and refreshments onsite. No nuts will be on site.
