TGCB presents its first FITNESS collab with the lovelyyyy Adrienne @loveinmotionpilates. We are so excited to announce our fortnightly Pilates classes from August, there will be 2 session per evening, totalling 4 classes for August!! YES that’s right 4 whole classes of Pilates to get involved in!!

August:
6th & 20th 

6:30pm - 7:30pm
7:45pm - 8:45pm

What should I wear?

Something comfy and easy to move in! Do bear in mind that the studio can get a little warm. We do recommend grip socks if you have some, but they aren’t essential.

What should I bring?

Just yourself, your good vibes, and a bottle of water to stay hydrated! We have mats, but you can bring your own if you prefer.

House Rules:

We are an inclusive studio, and so we do ask that you are mindful of the language you use in our group classes, and particularly that you refrain from discussing weight or body image topics in group classes.

Terms & Conditions

As your class starts outside of the buildings opening hours (8:30am-5:30pm) you will need to use the back entrance, there will be someone to greet you at the entrance and we will all go in together 5 minutes before the class! (if you have any questions about this, just ask!)

Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before the start of your scheduled class time. All classes will start promptly at the start time specified on your booking. It is important that you arrive on time so avoid disruption. If you do not arrive on time, we cannot guarantee admittance to the class in the interests of health and safety.

All Sales are Final: Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to this condition.

Non-Refundable: Tickets will not be refunded under any circumstances, unless the event is cancelled by ourselves. This policy remains in effect regardless of personal circumstances, unforeseen events, or changes in availability.

Exclusion of Purchases: The ticket cost covers entry to the event only.

Photography Disclaimer: Please be advised that photographs will be taken at the Pilates classes for marketing and advertising purposes. These images may be used to share news about the event, promote future gatherings, and enhance the experience for attendees through visual content. They might appear in press articles, promotional materials, and social media platforms associated with or managed by Love In Motion Pilates. 

If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us prior to the event or notify a member of our staff upon arrival. We respect your privacy and will accommodate your request not to be included in any photography.
