About the cause...

St. John's Project Peru is a charitable initiative that allows students and staff from St. John's School in the UK to support underprivileged communities in rural Peru. Each year, a team from the school visits Peru to take on impactful projects, like building or renovating schools and community centres, which improve local education and infrastructure. By working directly with residents, the project fosters sustainable development, leaving a lasting positive impact on these communities.

I am personally raising £2,650 to cover the cost of one student’s place on the trip because I believe that all children, regardless of their background, should have the chance to travel, experience different cultures, and make a meaningful difference in the world. This project not only supports communities in need but also offers students an invaluable opportunity to expand their perspectives and learn through service.
