On 18th January we're holding our next Health & Wellbeing event, back once again for a STR1KE class at Lifestyle Fitness on Mosley Street.

STR1KE combines boxing drills, strength training on the floor and short bursts of speed on the treadmills, and is designed to improve your full body strength, endurance, and power.

The class will take place from 5:30pm, with salad bowls and smoothies from Bondi Bowls afterwards. Gloves will be provided, but you may bring your own if you wish. Please bring your own water bottle and sweat towel. Changing facilities with 6 total showers (3M/3F), all lockers have built in locks, so no need to bring your own! Thanks to Medika for supporting.
