⚠️ REFUND POLICY ⚠️ For your peace of mind, we are offering a refund on all tickets if:

• You DO NOT get into your first choice University and are no longer going to University in Bournemouth

FRESHERS FAQ & IMPORTANT INFO

How old do you have to be to attend?

• All of the events organised are for individuals of the age 18 and over.

Can I bring friends who are not students?

• Yes, that is completely fine! You do not have to be attending University to come to our events, however please ensure they are of a similar age to yourselves!

How does entry with a freshers wristband work?

• We have made it super simple for everyone. Once you have collected your wristband, just pop it onto your wrist and just like at any festival, you show your wristband for entry at the door and that’s it! It is near enough impossible to lose and the safest way to secure your entry!

Do I need a wristband if I have an A-List Card 22/23?

• Not necessarily. A-List Card will work from 18th September and offers great value deals and discounts for all our services including free entry to some of the events on our wristband. But If you intend to go to 6+ events during 2 weeks, then we recommend you buy this wristband, as well as a card (even when it’s on final release).

Best Value: A-List Bundles are designed to offer the ultimate saving. We recommend you take advantage of these whilst stocks last.

A-List Card also works at various establishments such as restaurants, pubs, fast food, leisure activities, fitness centres etc NOT JUST CLUBS

Am I guaranteed entry?

• "Showing your wristband at each EVENT will gain you entry before the time stated above next to event info unless the Event is at Capacity already but with so many events available on the wristband, if one is full then simply head over to one of the other events available. You can use your wristband for multiple events on the same night, so will be spoilt for choice from all the biggest & best brands in Bournemouth"

Are the Bournemouth Freshers Wristbands refundable?

• Yes. If you do not get into a University in Bournemouth OR you change your mind regarding attending a University in Bournemouth, let us know by the 1st of September & we will refund your purchase in full! Refunds are only available to those who purchase their wristbands BEFORE July 30th.
• If for some reason, government restrictions are imposed and nightclubs are temporarily closed during freshers, we will honour a full refund under such circumstances! For us to start the refund process, please email us on info@alist-card.com
