LOOSEFEST - TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

- GENERAL
a)     These Terms and conditions (T&Cs) incorporate, and should be read together with, any Vendor’s and/or Agent’s T&Cs or regulations, which you can obtain from the point of purchase from the Official Agent.
b)     Artists and billed attractions may be subject to change.
c)     No trading allowed within the venue without LooseFest’s (LF’s) prior consent.
d)     Goods using unauthorised event logos and unauthorised professional recording equipment will be confiscated.
e)     Do not buy tickets or goods from unlawful street traders/touts. They are invalid.
f)      You give your express consent to your actual/ simulated likeness to be included for no fee within any audio or visual recording to be used in any media for any purpose at any time. This includes filming by the police or security staff which may be carried out for the security of customers and/or the prevention of crime.

- REFUNDS
a)     Refunds are only considered on major cancellation, substantial alteration or by special exception determined by LF.
b)     Refunds should be obtained from the point of purchase, no later than three months after the event.
c)     Refunds of booking fees per ticket are subject to the T&Cs of the point of sale.

- AGE POLICY
a)     Strictly no under 18’s are allowed on site.
b) Valid photo ID required as a condition of entry: Challenge 25 policy in operation - so if you're lucky enough to look younger than 25 please bring it! (No ID, No Entry)

- TICKETS AND WRISTBANDS
a)     Tickets are non-transferable and only valid when purchased from official agents of LF.
b)     Tickets/wristbands purchased from unauthorised sources will be rendered invalid and refused admission.
c)     Tickets must be exchanged for a wristband on first entry at a wristband exchange. No re-admission on ticket.
d)     Tickets must be valid, presented either digitally (on a mobile device) or printed paper and not tampered with.
e)     Tickets remain the property of LooseFest.
f)      LF will not issue duplicate tickets for lost or stolen tickets.
g)     Tickets cannot be used as part of any marketing, media or sales promotion, without the prior written consent of LF.
h)     The ticket holder is responsible for their tickets until it is exchanged for a wristband and then responsible for their wristband for the duration of the event.
i)      All wristbands remain the property of LF until 12 Noon the day after the last day of the event.
j)      There is no readmission on day tickets/wristbands.

- SECURITY
a)     LF reserves the right to evict a customer without refund, and/or refuse admission. Anti-social behaviour may lead to eviction. Please act responsibly.
b)     You may be body/bag searched at the entrances, on the site or when leaving.
c)     Any item(s), reasonably considered for use as a weapon, which may cause danger, offence or disruption to any other person, will be confiscated.
d)     Any person carrying illegal items or carrying out illegal activity will be handed over to the Police and refused entry.

- DAMAGE/LOSSES
LF is unable to accept any liability for personal or property damages, losses (including confiscations) or injuries sustained at this event – other than caused as a result of our negligence.

- BANNED ITEMS
a)     Banned from event – Glass, air horns, fireworks, flares, illegal items, illegal substances, unidentifiable substances, new psychoactive substances (NPS), laser equipment/pens, air horns / megaphones, nitrous oxide and associated equipment (balloons / CO2 dispensers / cream dispensers), sky or ‘Chinese’ lanterns, sound systems, spray cans, tabards/high visibility jackets, gas canisters, aerosols over 250ml, any item that may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon, or which may cause danger, offence or disruption to any other person. Photographic equipment is permitted provided that it is for personal non-commercial use only. In the event of any subsequent commercial use, the bearer agrees to pay the Promoter for the cost of a licence issued by the Promoter for permission to take photographs / visual or audio recordings for commercial use.
b)     No food or drink is permitted - there are plenty of bar and food options available on site.
c)     If you need to bring specific food or drink for personal consumption due to a medical condition please bring supporting evidence.
d)     Anyone resisting the confiscation of disallowed items or disregarding these conditions will face eviction.
f)     Items that are confiscated will not be returned.

- FIRE AND SAFETY
a)      Smoking is not permitted in enclosed public spaces or buildings including Arena big tops.
b)      Excessive exposure to loud music may cause damage to your hearing.
c)      Pyrotechnics, lasers, smoke machines, strobe lighting/special effects may take place during some performances.

- HOUSEKEEPING
a)    Please use the bins and recycling points provided on and off site.
b)    No animals, other than guide or hearing dogs, are permitted on site.

1. No food, beverages (of any kind), illegal substances are not allowed on board the bus. Before boarding the bus you will be asked to dispose of said items by security.

2. No smoking is allowed on the bus.

3. All persons must be seated on the bus on available seats. No banging or other action damaging the bus, its contents or otherwise is allowed. Misbehaviour during the use of the festival shuttle and/or damage to a bus can lead to the intervention of local police authorities.

4. Do not dispose of any litter on the bus.

5. Please follow instructions by members of security at the designated areas for the festival shuttle. Queues must be maintained in an orderly fashion and no litter should be left in the pick-up/drop off points.

6. The buses and designated pick up points may have no WC facilities. Make sure that should you require WC facilities they do so prior to entering the queue and/or boarding the bus. WC facilities can be found at the festival site.

7. Seating is on a first come first serve basis. All seats in the bus need to be filled up in order for the scheduled service to leave.

8. People traveling as a group can’t be guaranteed to travel on the same bus and therefore may be on separate buses as may be required to fill up the required seats for the bus to leave on its designated trips.

9. Please make sure that you have exchanged your festival shuttle e-ticket for a festival shuttle wristband. Organisers shall not be liable for any loss or otherwise of e-ticket and/or wristband.

10. You are to present your festival shuttle wristband at all times in order to board the bus. Persons without a festival shuttle wristband would not be allowed to board the bus.

11. Timings may be delayed due to but not limited to weather; traffic and/or road closures/conditions; delays as a result of increased waiting time for the bus to leave due to number of passengers on board and/or passengers creating delays to board (due to party size, disposal of unauthorised items on bus) and/or delays; mechanical issues with the vehicle; security issues; disobedience from passengers; and/or any other extenuating circumstances beyond the organisers’ control.

12. Organisers are not responsible for missed transportation or arrival to/from the festival.

13. The organisers reserve the right to reschedule, cancel, change and/or amend part of the schedule and operation of the festival shuttle as may be necessary.

14. The organisers are not directly or indirectly liable for personal items brought on board on the bus whether lost, stolen, damaged or otherwise whilst on board the vehicle.

15. Customers are expected to avail of the festival shuttle service without causing any disturbance and/or nuisance to fellow commuters, staff, drivers and the vehicles they are travelling in. Organisers and security reserve the right to refuse service in any shape or form if the organisers and security deem it necessary as a result of disorderly conduct which would include but is not limited to: failure to abide to the general rules as explained in these terms and conditions; use of vulgar and/or aggressive language to fellow commuters and/or any member of staff; physical altercations in any shape or form; misbehaviour as a result of excessive consumption of alcohol or otherwise; damage to the vehicle; general misconduct and misbehaviour. There shall be no refund for services paid should there be a refusal on admission and/or provision of service as a result of disorderly conduct as determined by the organisers and/or security personnel.

16. The organisers assume no liability or responsibility for any injury, loss, damage to persons property, inconveniences, delay or expense arising from but not limited to weather conditions, act of God, war, accident, government (central or local) laws and regulations, act of omission, traffic or road conditions, mechanical problems and/or any other cause or condition beyond our control.

10. You are to present your festival shuttle wristband at all times in order to board the bus. Persons without a festival shuttle wristband would not be allowed to board the bus.

Timings may be delayed due to but not limited to weather; traffic and/or road closures/conditions; delays as a result of increased waiting time for the bus to leave due to number of passengers on board and/or passengers creating delays to board (due to party size, disposal of unauthorised items on bus) and/or delays; mechanical issues with the vehicle; security issues; disobedience from passengers; and/or any other extenuating circumstances beyond the organisers’ control.

12. Organisers are not responsible for missed transportation or arrival to/from the festival.

13. The organisers reserve the right to reschedule, cancel, change and/or amend part of the schedule and operation of the festival shuttle as may be necessary.

14. The organisers are not directly or indirectly liable for personal items brought on board on the bus whether lost, stolen, damaged or otherwise whilst on board the vehicle.

15. Customers are expected to avail of the festival shuttle service without causing any disturbance and/or nuisance to fellow commuters, staff, drivers and the vehicles they are travelling in. Organisers and security reserve the right to refuse service in any shape or form if the organisers and security deem it necessary as a result of disorderly conduct which would include but is not limited to: failure to abide to the general rules as explained in these terms and conditions; use of vulgar and/or aggressive language to fellow commuters and/or any member of staff; physical altercations in any shape or form; misbehaviour as a result of excessive consumption of alcohol or otherwise; damage to the vehicle; general misconduct and misbehaviour. There shall be no refund for services paid should there be a refusal on admission and/or provision of service as a result of disorderly conduct as determined by the organisers and/or security personnel.

The organisers assume no liability or responsibility for any injury, loss, damage to persons property, inconveniences, delay or expense arising from but not limited to weather conditions, act of God, war, accident, government (central or local) laws and regulations, act of omission, traffic or road conditions, mechanical problems and/or any other cause or condition beyond our control.

2. No smoking is allowed on the bus.

3. All persons must be seated on the bus on available seats. No banging or other action damaging the bus, its contents or otherwise is allowed. Misbehaviour during the use of the festival shuttle and/or damage to a bus can lead to the intervention of local police authorities.

4. Do not dispose of any litter on the bus.

5. Please follow instructions by members of security at the designated areas for the festival shuttle. Queues must be maintained in an orderly fashion and no litter should be left in the pick-up/drop off points.

6. The buses and designated pick up points may have no WC facilities. Make sure that should you require WC facilities they do so prior to entering the queue and/or boarding the bus. WC facilities can be found at the festival site.

7. Seating is on a first come first serve basis. All seats in the bus need to be filled up in order for the scheduled service to leave.

8. People traveling as a group can’t be guaranteed to travel on the same bus and therefore may be on separate buses as may be required to fill up the required seats for the bus to leave on its designated trips.
