We are delighted to welcome back Emma from Wild Core Physio for a 45 minute pilates class on Tuesday 14th July.
Starting at 7.30am, the Physio-Pilates class is designed to optimise core stability, postural awareness, flexibility and to prevent injury. It's gentle but also challenging, providing the perfect workout to start your day! Emma is a qualified and clinically trained senior physiotherapist.
All you need to do is book your free place and we'll send you the Zoom login on the morning of 14th July.
