IGN1TE your body with both weighted and bodyweight exercises on the floor and short bursts of speed on the treadmill. This class will improve your strength, stamina and speed, all in 45 minutes.
Class will take place from 6:45-7:30pm, with salad bowls and smoothies from Bondi Bowls from 7:30-8:00pm. Please bring your own water bottle and sweat towel.
Changing facilities are available, all lockers have built in locks, so no need to bring your own!
