As we kick off the next 6 weeks as we navigate Lockdown 3.0, we are excited to launch a mini series of events called Well-being Wednesday! 🧘♀️🗣💪
As the name suggests we’ll have a different form of Well-being event each week, starting this coming Wednesday, for 6 weeks!
Starting us off with a bang this Wednesday 10th February, is a High Intensity Bodyweight session with M3 Perform at 7pm. Have a go at the famous ‘M3 Tens’ & take on the ‘Lockdown Prowler’ 👀💥
As usual, all you need to do is get your free ticket and we'll send over the link to the Zoom meeting on the morning of Wednesday 10th February.
