MYP Well-being @ The Farm Club - 28.08.24

This MYP Well-being event is set to be a very special one.

On 28th August, bathe within nature and get your wellbeing fix with an evening of yoga, breathwork and a wild dip. As the sun sets we will flow through a session of yoga and breath work ending with a dip in the lake. 

After your swim we invite you to join us on the lawn and watch the sunset. You have the option to either bring your own food and drink picnic-style OR prior to the event, we will send out a link to order sushi from Unagi if you would prefer to do that instead!
