SOLD OUT: MYP Health & Well-being - Spin RHYTHM @ Hero Training Club

We are delighted to announce our next Health & Well-being event, for a high intensity indoor cycling class inspired by heart pumping music that will move and motivate you!

RHYTHM is Hero's signature cycling class that not only pushes speed and resistance but also uses hand weights and choreography to deliver a great workout for your entire body.

We'll be aligning to the government directives and so will just be working out together rather that networking afterwards.

The class with be a special price for MYP @ £10 and will include a Hero shake post class and some goodies from our friends at Lo-Dough to enjoy at home!

Hero have been running indoor classes since the gym rules eased from their state of the art facility at Moda Angel Gardens, and of course, will be ensuring that they are adhering to all government guidelines to enable all to workout in a safe environment.

Masks will be required in the reception area, but not while working out. Your health and safety will continue to be our main priority.
