MYP Health & Well-being @ M3 Perform - 17.11.22

We're back with another MYP Health and Wellbeing event! This time, join us for a fitness class hosted by M3 Perform.

Starting at 7.15pm, the workout will be a mix of their Signature classes - Perform, focusing on strength based exercises, and Condition, which is higher intensity for improved cardiovascular fitness. 

Please ensure you arrive by 7pm to get signed in.

Tickets are just £10 and include the class plus a grab & go meal and juice!

As usual, £1.00 from each ticket sale will go to our charity of the year, The Prince's Trust.
