1) For Security & Safety purposes, Indigenous organisers and licence holders reserve the right to refuse entry admission.

2) No Admission without a valid E-Ticket or Paper Ticket.

3) All tickets are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled.

4) No Re-Entry without a valid wristband.

5) Please keep your wristband on at all times on the festival grounds. If found without a wristband, you run the risk of being ejected without refund.

6) The organisers accept no responsibility or liability for any inconvenience caused by the unauthorised duplication of a ticket. Should this ticket be re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the nominated ticket agents, it will become void and the holder may be refused entry to, or ejected from, the venue.
7) Admittance can only be granted if the Ticket Holder is over the age of 18. ID is required for proof of age.

8) For Security & Safety purposes, expect to be searched upon entry, at the gates or onsight during the time of the festival, this may include clothing and/or bags. They will refuse admission to, or eject from the event, any person who refuses to be searched by a steward, member of security or venue representative.
9) All drugs, including legal highs, are prohibited at Indigenous Festival. Ticket holders may be ejected from the event and handed over to the police if found in possession. Sniffer dogs may be in operation.
10) Strictly NO glass is permitted on site at any time.

11) The organisers accept no responsibility or liability for any items lost or damaged.

12) As a condition of sale, the ticket holder consents to being filmed, photographed and recorded for media purposes.

13) You are responsible for your own waste, please use bins and recycling points provided.

14) Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and anyone found acting in such a way will be immediately ejected without refund.

15) The artist/performer line-up and all billed attractions are subject to change at any time without notice.

16) Smoke machines & Strobe lighting will be used throughout the festival.

Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms and conditions.
