Brought up on a diet of The Killers, Paolo Nutini and Stereophonics, frontman and principal songwriter Jack Morgan met his bandmates in the quiet town of Ross-on-Wye. The four-piece have recently toured with hot new bands such as milk. and LARKINS, smashed their own UK headline tour and launched a new EP ‘Now In A Minute’, with all four of their latest singles supported by BBC Radio 1’s influential Future Sounds show. The band are continuing to solidify their place in the indie music scene, offering a fresh take on modern pop that is both nostalgic and fresh.
With support from tastemakers such as Jack Saunders (BBC Radio 1), Steve Lamacq (BBC 6Music), and John Kennedy (RadioX) in addition to Channel 4’s hit show ‘Made in Chelsea’, Pentire have built a fanbase by touring the UK relentlessly, pulling themselves up by their bootstraps and releasing indie-pop anthems that connect with the late teens and 20 somethings of today.
