Lemon Soul is a Leeds-based alternative jazz funk band. They bring large, energetic performances ranging from breakbeats to stereotypical funk fused with emotive lyrics you can still groove along to.

A ballsy vocalist at the helm wrangles the large group ensemble including drums, percussion, bass, keys, guitar, and a dynamic saxophone duo. The ensemble brings a mixture of pop writing sensibilities with the extended harmony and technical aptitude of jazz. When it comes to defining Lemon Soul it’s a challenge to put them in one box, but be prepared for a fun, heartfelt, and exhilarating performance with just the right amount of chaos!
