£10 gets you a drink of your choice, food, a vote and a chance to win a minimum of £500 for your social enterprise, community project or business.

Pitch your ideas to some of Salford’s successful social entrepreneurs and business support providers and take home a pot of cash to help you get your idea started.

It’s not quite Detroit Soup but you vote for the idea which you feel deserves funding and the winner takes home hundreds of pounds to get their idea off the ground.

If you have a business, a social enterprise or an idea for a community project, or if you are simply looking to network with Salford entrepreneurs, then this is the perfect event for you.

If you’d like to pitch at the Salford Sup simply mail events@thebusinessgroup.org with the name of your venture. ‘Pitching’ simply means that you need to talk to as many people as possible at the event and encourage them to vote for you. We do not require a formal presentation though you can of course bring one with you.
