The Northern Pop Girlies

Beth McKenzie (Instagram): @iambethmckenzie

With influences ranging from Lily Allen and Paloma Faith to Chappell Roan and Gracie Abrams, Beth McKenzie combines Britpop nostalgia with the rule-bending vision of this generation's hottest risers. On her debut EP, 'Does This Make Me A Bitter Woman?', Beth weaves between vibrant indie-pop and edgy alternative-leaning sonics as she lays out some of her most intimate thoughts.

Holly Nicholson (Instagram): @_hollynicholson

Holly Nicholson delivers sounds of pop combined with her emotional, heartfelt lyrics. The twenty-year-old songwriter released her debut single called ‘teenage dream’ in December 2023. She is still exploring different sounds but sits in the realms of pop, inspired greatly by her contemporary influences such as Holly Humberstone, Olivia Rodrigo and Taylor Swift‘s albums ‘Red‘ & ‘Speak Now‘.

Chloe Charlotte (Instagram): @chlocharlotte

Chloe is a 21 year old singer/songwriter based in Manchester, who falls into the indie-pop girl category, with splashes of vintage, vampy & vulnerable notes across her songs, and aesthetic as an artist. Her debut EP “All Things Static” is out now.
