Despite his young age, Sunderland-based newcomer Tom A. Smith has already achieved more than most artists do in a lifetime. He performed at Glastonbury before he was even in secondary school, and was handpicked by Tim Burgess to play his stage at Kendall Calling, making him the festival’s youngest ever performer. He has played live with his local hero Sam Fender, Catfish & The Bottlemen, and The Courteeners, and recently supported upcoming acts The Lathums and The Mysterines as well as superstar Elton John. He now heads out for a UK wide headline tour including a stop at The Lodge in Manchester's Deaf Institute on 6 December.
