Yoga Grooves @ The Grove

Wanna add some rhythm to your Sunday mornings? Yoga Grooves is a beginner focussed fusion class combining Yoga & Electronic music for industry folks. 

Expect to move & groove & shake off the weekend with ease by incorporating a little Movement, Meditation, BreathWork & MUSIC into your weekend.

Every Sunday, class starts at 10:30am in the Cocktail Bar at The Grove, hosted by Flo (@bewaved).

£10 a ticket.

We have a full brunch menu available, thanks to Scranners Arms. Food available from 10-4pm, for those wanting to stay after.
