We invite you to join us, to laugh & cry with us as our show shares the story of one of the most vindictive initiatives ever undertaken by a government – the recent ‘hostile environment’ leading to the outrageous Windrush scandal.

4 African-Caribbean elders are fighting for their lives and the chance to live out their retirement in peace. The show is a life-affirming view of a group of survivors who have to deal with a serious, unexpected challenge.

Deportation is the main fear, and how do they cope with the stress and anxiety generated by this persecution? They fight back! The Windrush Warriors are born and despite having no experience of taking on a mighty government, the pensioners are definitely going to have a go!
