Both Feet work from the inside out - we challenge, unfold and share - and Both Feet LIVE is a reflection of that process. We’ll be bringing what happens on the inside of our training space to you on the outside which has never been seen before.

The work people do in class is exquisite and we often say phwa, this should be seen. I'm really curious about how I can help actors bring the grounding and presence they have in the training space into a time and space where their bellies might be flipping.

Both Feet LIVE isn’t about sharing a polished piece or perfection, it's about the exploration, rawness and vulnerability of the journey whilst still being excellent viewing.

Unscripted: noone knows what will happen, not even the actors.

About Both Feet Acting

Both Feet is a UK based actor training company and community that reaches every part of you, as an actor and a human. We run classes around the UK and also Actor Training Retreats in our purpose built facility in North Wales.

The only actor training of its kind in the world.

We use exercises based upon Meisner’s teachings to unlock your potential as an actor, but our classes are about much more than just learning the exercises.

Steph is an INLPTA certified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, HeartMath Coach and an mBIT (where neuroscience backs up ancient wisdoms) Master Coach. She integrates all her training into her teaching practice to fuel her passion for creating healthy and happy actors.​

We collaborate with some of the best coaches and facilitators in the world to run bespoke retreats; including Barbara Houseman (Deep Dive with Barbara), Dr Henrie Lidiard (Know Yourself with Enneagram), RC Annie (Stage Combat Retreat), Arabella Gibbins (Accent Retreat).
