We are launching a new event focused on your health and fitness! Come join us and State of Nirvana at Beach Bar Carrum for a Ice Bath and Sauna session!

We will have set up ice baths and saunas right in the beer garden of Beach Bar Carrum ready for you all to treat your selves to a Sunday Session with a twist.

Located next at Carrum beach and very close to Carrum train station you can expect to be guided through your ice bath then get to warm back up in a sauna session! 

Be sure to pack a towel and bathers, think heading to the beach bar after a day at the beach!.

Just a bar, everyone single.

✨ $35 ticket pre 1pm, $40 ticket post 1pm. Arrive pre 2pm, it’s guaranteed entry. Arrive post 2pm, it’s one in, one out.

🎫 When the event sells out, there will be more tickets released at 2pm on the day of the event and entrance will be at the venues/hosts discretion.
