The team behind Bristol's biggest Battle of the Bands (We Need Bands) are bringing their competition to Cardiff for the very first time! Its winners take all; the band with the highest score at The Final will walk away with studio time, cash, artwork design, and a bespoke mini-tour. 

With twenty-five bands competing in the 2024 Wildcard series, there will be a lot of incredible bands who fail to progress to The Final at The Globe. Bands will be hand-picked to compete at this special Overtime event for the last two spots at The Final; our sixth finalist (top-placed band) and the coveted headline slot (runner up).
