As a full-time Psychic Medium, I'm always reading for my lovely clients, but this time only I am guided to write a meditation specifically designed to help you meet your spirit guides and connect to your loved ones in spirit during this Samhain for my sound bath.

WHAT IS SAMHAIN?

Samhain pronounced 'SAR-WIN' also known as Halloween, marks the end of Summer and the end of the autumnal Harvest season. Samhain is a Pagan festival, a festival celebrating our loved ones in spirit and all the memories we cherish with them. Samhain falls on the night of 31st October to the 1st November bringing the new year for those who follow the Wheel of the Year, also known as the Pagan calendar celebrating all the Sabbats of the year including Summer and Winter Solstice. 

Samhain is a mystical time of the year, it opens the portal to our Ancestors, when the veil is at it's thinnest and so is the perfect time to connect to the spirit world. Samhain is a celebration of the spirit and together we can connect with our loved ones and spirit guides, and connect the spirit and physical worlds during this Samhain sound bath.

WHAT TO EXPECT

I invite you to immerse yourself in the vibrations of my healing sound bowls under this mysterious and intuitive Scorpio New Moon this Halloween. I will play my 5 white Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls made specifically to connect you to your Endocrine System for deeper chakra alignment, healing and releasing emotional imbalances. My 5 bowls are the sharps and flats on a piano, and in musical terms this means they are the 5 black keys on the piano. Being a musician and pianist since I was 7 years old, it's a beautiful experience for me to play an instrument spiritually rather than classically. The 5 black keys are the sharps and flats, and if you didn't know already, we have chakras in between our 7 main chakras. When these 5 black notes are played they connect with your 5 higher chakras. These chakras need healing and alignment just as much as our 7 main chakras, therefore my 5 crystal bowls will help with just that.

WHAT TO EXPECT (WORKING WITH THE 5 ELEMENTS)

Along with my harmonising singing bowls, I will help connect you to your higher heart chakra (F Sharp) as I play the heart chakra drum beat connecting you to the element of FIRE, the drum is very much a sacred instrument for the Shamans during a fire ceremony & the heart chakra is the element of the fire.

I will then guide you with calming breathing exercises following with the gentle sounds of the Koshi chime connecting you to the element of the AIR as you breathe allowing you to flow energy through your body to shift away what is no longer needed in your temple.

I will also guide you through a grounding and protection exercise connecting you to the element of the EARTH. As we ground together, we will show gratitude to Mother Earth as she deepens your roots into the crystalline core for safety, protection and being in the present moment.

Using my gentle healing ocean drum, I will connect you with the element of WATER. As we work with the element of water, we work with our emotional body, allowing you to cleanse, heal and move through anything that ways you down including the struggles of loss and grief and more.

And lastly using my voice, I will guide you through a SPIRIT GUIDE meditation written and guided by myself & my native American spirit guide connecting you to the element of the SPIRIT, which will then lead you through to the realm of the spirit world this Samhain.

CONNECTING WITH THE MOON 

The new moon is a time to embrace new and positive beginnings. The new moon is also known as the 'Dark Moon' giving us opportunity to work on our shadow self. What part of you do you no longer want to hold on to? A new moon means renewal, manifesting is also at it's peak and journalling your goals and ambitions under the energies of the new moon will help amplify your intentions.

This new moon is aligned with the water sign of Scorpio. This is the most mystical sign of the Zodiac, known to be intuitive, psychic and 'the mysterious one'. Working with the element of water under it's ruling planet, 'the moon' amplifies your intentions, intuitions and psychic abilities. Now is the perfect time to start up educating yourself about spiritual self care, psychic developmental and meditation! 

With all the powerful psychic energies in flow this time of year, I invite you to join me on my SAMHAIN MOON SOUND BATH GUIDED BY YOUR ANCESTORS and allow me to take you on a spiritual journey to meet your spirit guides and connect with your loved ones or even your higher self.

I will guide you with a grounding practice before we begin, I will then talk you through a number of powerful breathing exercises. I will then take you on a guided meditation to meet your spirit team, following with sound healing and the gentle frequencies of my 5 white quartz singing bowls and more.

As a fully qualified Reiki Master I am open to doing a seated Reiki share on anyone who wishes to receive a brief flow of healing through the body which will provide healing to where it is needed whether thats physical, spiritual or emotional. This is will be offered after the sound bath.

Also as a full-time Spirit Medium I will also be giving out spirit messages and guidance through my beautiful Tarot cards, this will also be offered at the end of the sound bath.

PLEASE NOTE:

Sound baths are not suitable for those who wear a pacemaker or are in the first trimester of pregnancy.

There is free on street parking behind Bolton Masonic Hall.

You are welcome to stay for a short while afterwards in the bar area for refreshments.

I only have 5 spare yoga mats available. 

I will also be bringing spare paper and pens to journal and marker pens to write on my dried herbs which will be my BAY LEAVES from my bay leaf tree to burn in my next FULL MOON FIRE CEREMONY, so please come with lots of intentions in mind! 

Seating area is also available for those who don't wish to lie down on a yoga mat.

This sound bath leads me onto my next sound bath which is specifically designed for grief and bereavement. 

As someone who has also experienced sudden loss and been working with clients suffering with grief for over 10 years, it has been a project of mine that I have always wanted to pursue. And since losing my Dad suddenly, and only recently, this has only made me more determined to help those dealing with grief and for those who do not wish to seek therapy and want to go down a more spiritual healing path.
