Weeping Jeff Ltd was incorporated by grassroots musicians, who have experienced the difficulty of getting their music heard and shared, in an evolving world where art is both more easily created, and even more easily distributed. We feel that the very nature of this world has diluted the effect that new art has on its audience. It is our goal to attempt to re-concentrate the level of impact that small artists can generate.
