A Pilates-Physio fusion class designed to optimise mobility working on posture, stretching the body, pelvic floor and core strength. This class connects mind and body in a unique and rewarding 60 minutes.
Whether you’re recovering from an injury or you just understand the importance of PREHAB before rehab – this class offers 2-4-1 guided Pilates underpinned by physio.
Run by a qualified, clinically trained senior physiotherapist, this is a group class with a very personal approach as classes are tailored to each individual within them.
Recent research shows 40% of gym goers encounter an injury that could have been prevented with the correct mobilisation, Pilates is increasingly being incorporated into strength and performance training, acting as the perfect counterbalance to hectic lives (or heavy HIIT sessions!).
